WHAT WE PRODUCE
WHY CHOOSE WEITE
The facility boasts a 60,000㎡ layout—equivalent to 8.4 standard football fields—strategically zoned for production, R&D, testing, and support; it efficiently houses 14 automated production lines and a 110-meter elevator test tower, enabling synchronized industrial scaling and technological advancement. Meanwhile, the factory operates a dual R&D system combining academic partnerships with elite expert advisors, maintaining deep collaborations with Huazhong University of Science and Technology (mechanical engineering), Xidian University (electronic intelligence), and Hangzhou Dianzi University (smart algorithms) to focus on intelligent elevator controls, safety enhancements, and manufacturing optimization, thereby transforming research into market-ready solutions.

The principle of elevator operation
The operating principle of an elevator is very simple: The traction machine in the machine room drives the traction wheel to rotate, and through the steel wire rope, it pulls the car and the counterweight (the iron block that balances the weight) up and down along the guide rail - when the car rises, the counterweight descends, and vice versa. After pressing the floor button, the control system will direct the traction machine to adjust the speed, allowing the car to stop smoothly at the target floor and align the door. If there are problems such as speeding or overloading, the safety device will immediately lock the car. The bottom buffer can also prevent accidents and ensure safety.
The structure within the elevator shaft
The main components in the elevator shaft include: the guide rails that hold the car and the counterweight to ensure their smooth movement up and down, the counterweight for the passenger car to balance the weight, the steel wire rope connecting the two, the safety clamp to prevent overspeed, the buffer at the bottom, and the cables that supply power and transmit signals to the car.
Weite was officially established in 2002. After 20 years of development, our elevators have gained market recognition, gradually expanded and entered the global market. Our goal is to become one of the most well-known elevators in China.
Weitelift is celebrating its 20th anniversary
The enthusiasm of employees for work will be transformed into the driving force for active research. The combination of the two can not only enable the team to cooperate more efficiently in work, reduce mistakes, and promote the improvement of product/service quality, but also encourage employees to be more proactive in optimizing processes, solving problems, and accelerating work progress. Ultimately, it provides strong support for the development of the enterprise in terms of quality and efficiency.
A harmonious and interesting working atmosphere
