Utilizing a standard 1-meter RS485 cable for direct connection to the elevator controller, it collects real-time operational status (such as running speed and floor position) and fault information (such as door system faults and inverter abnormalities), uploading the data to the server via 4G/Wi-Fi. Simultaneously, it can transmit control commands issued by the server. The data transmission supports both transparent and encrypted modes, ensuring no leakage of elevator data.
